I have been in the industry ,working continuously for 37 years. Staying always updated on current trends, by attending classes and staying involved. My mantra has been every person i do is walking around advertising for me , so that's my reputation , so i want to do the best art i can for each individual.

If you haven’t looked in your numbers inside your beauty business and kept up with inflation, you are probably feeling like you are having a hard time keeping up.

You are working like crazy but your bank account doesn’t reflect it.

This is a business. You should always be looking at your numbers to make sure you are making a profit, not just “winging it” or hoping you’re hitting your profit.

We talk to many stylists and they all think their prices are great. Once looking inside their numbers, some of their services were profiting 30% and that wasn’t even including their taxes taken out! We have slowly raised their prices to ensure both her clients and she was happy.

We love hair but don’t forget to make sure you are looking at the business side of things to have a healthy, long career BTC that serves you and your clients the best.
