Normally I'd be thrilled to be stuck in Miami/ Ft Lauderdale indefinitely, but we are OVER this airport and snowmageddon chaos. If our flight gets cancelled again, we're renting a 4WD and hitting the open road. Don't get it twisted, it's sweater and hoodie weather here.
If anyone needs to cancel due to weather conditions, please do so via the app or by messaging me. I will cancel if we are still stuck in FL, as I unfortunately cannot control the weather. ❄️ ⛄️

For my amazing and patient clients who have been so unbelievably supportive, I want to thank you. You guys have voluntarily cancelled and texted me and said "when you are ready"

Some of you have shown up at my house trying to feed me. 🤦‍♀️
For those of you asking me when I am going to be "out of my slump" or "will I be ready on whatever date" I will happily refer you to another Esthetician and refund any money that has been paid.

I just lost my spouse who I have been with for a quarter of my life. If a facial is more important than that, your priorities are questionable at best.

I will be returning to work on Tues May 13 (tomorrow)

I really would prefer to "dip my toes in the water" and start back slowly as opposed to working 12 hours a day to begin with out of the gate.

I am just asking everyone to please bear with me if I do need to reschedule you as my mental health is of the utmost importance right now. I want to thank everyone for being so patient during the excruciating loss I have endured, but rest assured, I will be back to making all my guys and dolls feeling and looking their best.

Funeral was yesterday. I am going to need at least another week to get my head right and get back to spa mode. I hope everyone understands. Planning a funeral for a spouse was the hardest thing I have ever had to do in my life.
