It is with a heavy heart that Surrender And Flow at Just Breathe will be closing. Reiki will continue at Just Breathe Wellness and M Face Spa by appointment. Please call 570-954-6955 for questions or appointments. Any remaining funds on packages will be honored through Reiki sessions or refunded. I am forever grateful for the love and support of this truly beautiful yoga community. Pop up classes will be announced on this page and our Facebook group. Last yoga class is Thursday June 11th at 5pm.

Good morning. I am going to postpone yoga on Thursdays until April 2nd due to conflict with work. I apologize for any inconvenience and I am looking forward to getting back on track April 2nd.
