💔 To the Dads Who Grieve in Silence 💔
You may not talk about it much. You may feel the pressure to “stay strong,” to hold it all together — for your partner, for your family, for yourself.
But we see you.
We see the way your heart aches in quiet moments. The love you carry for the child you didn’t get to raise. The dreams that will never be fulfilled, the weight you carry when the world doesn’t always recognize your pain.
You are a father. That doesn’t change because your child isn’t here.
Grief has no rulebook. It doesn’t have to look loud to be real. Your pain is valid. Your love is endless.
And you are not alone. 🖤

🌿 To the Loss Mamas 🌿
There’s a quiet strength in your heart that the world may never see — the kind born from loving someone so deeply, even when they’re no longer here to hold.
You carry memories that never had the chance to become moments. You grieve a future that will never unfold, yet you still wake up, breathe, and love.
Your pain is real. Your story matters. Your baby matters.
Whether you speak their name every day or hold it silently in your heart — please know: you are still a mother. And you are not alone. 💫
This space is for you. For your tears. For your healing. For your love that has no end.
🤍

Today, we hold space for the mothers who carry love and loss together. To the mothers with children in heaven, in their hearts, or only in their dreams — you are seen, you are honored, and you are never alone. Your motherhood is real, and your love is eternal.
