Hope everyone is staying cool with their horses this week! πŸ₯΅ This is how Amy stays cool while on the job- the cryo machine!

Fun fact! Did you know our cryotherapy system can go to -108 degrees F, which stops inflammation instantly without causing frostbite! πŸ₯Ά So cool right?! (pun intended 🀣)

Meet our newest client! 🦿 She has worked on thousands of horses without a single incident - but on Monday she was taken out by a pool noodle horse. πŸ˜‚ Yep, the boss broke her ankle and the only silver lining is she had just gotten her toes done and honestly they look great peeking out of that surgical cast. The pool noodle horse is fine. She is not.

We’re a little short-handed this summer so please be patient with us - we promise she’s more graceful with actual horses. πŸ™β€οΈβ€πŸ©Ή

What if you could reduce pain and inflammation in under 10 minutes - with zero sedation and zero needles? 😳

That’s our TrueRelief system. It works through pulsed direct current, targeting inflammation, pain, and even wound healing - without your horse feeling a thing.

Science is wild sometimes. Would you try this on your horse? πŸ‘‡πŸ΄

Can you see what this scan is showing? πŸ‘€ Hint: this horse is body clipped with a saddle patch left - you might even spot it in the image. The rest is up to you. Drop your guess below πŸ‘‡

πŸ™ŒπŸΌ Massage is more than relaxation. Skilled bodywork helps improve circulation, support lymphatic drainage, reduce muscle guarding, and restore healthier movement patterns throughout the body.

πŸ’ͺ🏼 Horses compensate incredibly well, often long before lameness is visible. Tightness through the neck, shoulders, back, or hind end can quietly affect stride length, posture, performance, and even behavior under saddle.

ℹ️ This is why hands-on assessment matters. Every session gives us information about how the horse is using its body, where tension is building, and what areas may need extra support before small issues become bigger ones.

Four modalities. One goal - keeping your horse feeling their best. ❣️ Thermoscan, TrueRelief, cryo, and massage. This is what we show up for every single day and we love it. πŸ™Œ Which one are you most curious about? πŸ‘‡

Ice, ice, baby. 🧊 And yes, the song was 100% intentional.
Cryotherapy is one of those things that sounds way more intimidating than it actually is. Cold therapy works by driving down inflammation, pushing out metabolic waste, and bringing fresh blood flow back to sore, tired tissue - basically hitting the reset button on your horse’s body.
It’s fast. It’s effective. And your horse won’t hate you for it - which is always a win. πŸ™ŒπŸΌ
We use cryo as part of a bigger wellness picture, because no single treatment does it all. But when there’s heat, soreness, or inflammation in the mix? Cold is your best friend.
Have you ever tried cryo yourself or for your horse? πŸ‘‡
