We at Shear Excellence are all so Excited to get back into the salon ! Thank you for your support and patience as we begin our reopening. We will do our best to accommodate you all. Each of us have a list according to cancellations from when this began that we must follow to rebook. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this New Normal .

Some new rules for the Grand Re Opening
Will be as follows per CDC guidelines.

Upon arrival:

1...You must text or call your stylist upon your arrival and please wait outside for us to call you and tell you when you may come in .
We are only allowed one client at a time so you must come alone
( with the exceptions of:
If you are a caretaker of the client getting the service done.
Or a parent of a child 12 or under getting a service)
2...You must wear a mask! If you do not have one .. one will be provided for you at a cost of $2.00.
We ask you also to limit your personal belongings when coming into the salon. If you must bring something in you must hold it on your lap at all times. You are permitted to bring your own beverage and snack if needed. None will be supplied in Salon at this time.
3...When first entering the salon :
There will be a sanitizing station you will be required to have your temperature
taken (contactless).
Asked several question per the CDC.
Sign a waiver
then asked to wash and/or sanitize your hands.
Then your Stylist will es**rt you to your chair.
***IF YOUR TEMPERATURE IS ABOVE 100.4 YOU WILL HAVE TO RESCHEDULE!
ANY SYMPTOMS OF FEVER COUGH OR HAVE FAMILY MEMBERS THAT ARE CURRENTLY SICK IN THE SAME HOUSEHOLD YOU ARE ALSO ASKED TO HOLD OFF ON SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT.
***WE UNDERSTAND IT IS ALLERGY SEASON BUT THESE PRECAUTIONS ARE IN EVERYONES BEST INTEREST. Your personal information will be for tracking proposes only and not shared unless required by the state.

NO SHOW OR LATE CANCELLATION POLICIES WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED!
**15 MINUTES LATE WILL BE RESCHEDULED AND CHARGED 50%
**LESS THAN A 24 HOUR NOTICE WILL BE RESCHEDULED AND CHARGED 50%
**IF YOU ARE NOT FEELING WELL AND FEAR THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE **THE APPOINTMENT, WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT SCHEDULE AT THIS TIME.

5...Strict cleaning and sterilization will be done between every client and throughout the day in accordance with CDC guidelines. Please be patient with Us If we are a few min behind while we are preparing for your time in the chair.

6...If any consultation is needed we ask that it be done prior to your visit via phone or text. We ask at this time no major makeovers while we are trying to catch up and accommodate everyone.
*If during your service extra product is needed due to extra regrowth aka. Color or perms .. there will be an extra cost of $10.00 and up.
*If corrective is needed due to personal home color . Corrective color charges will apply and must be pre arranged at time of consultation and scheduled accordingly.
