One of the biggest questions I get as a massage therapist and spa owner is: "How often do you get a massage, and who do you go to?"

Today—now that I'm officially 2 months post-op from my final surgery (yay!)—I treated myself to a 90-minute massage with Denee, and it was everything I needed. Between a highly physical job, a rigorous exercise regime, and all the gardening I’m doing this time of year, my body and mind were craving this.

I am so happy I finally set aside some much-needed "me time." Remember to fill your own cup, too!💙
