Just a perfect day to repair some cool glass oil lamps that were knocked over, kinking their pipes below.

We installed another time tested, beautifully designed, Tigerloop system on this furnace experiencing constant oil/air issues.

An underground water pipe broken by accident, and fixed with some digging and plumbing 🪏🪄

The air she breathes is important to her and she likes it as clean as possible. So this customer has us come by every spring to wash all of the dust and black mold out of her mini split units.

We disassemble the entire inside unit. Then power wash the dust/mold/dirt/whatever Using specialized tools and cleaners made just for this whole maintenance procedure.

Outside we disassemble then wash the heat exchanger out as well, for maximum heat transfer and maximum efficiency.

This is how you get your's cleaned too.......right?

Tired of keeping your boiler at 160° all summer just to make 120° water for showering?

This customer was ready for an upgrade. We removed the old oil fired boiler and installed our favorite, 95%+ efficient Veissmann propane boiler, that also makes hot water on-demand in one package.

Unlike others like it, this boiler is designed to last, allowing it's heat exchanger inside to be opened for cleaning while others just wait to clog up and need replacing.

Here's a big oil fired boiler we take care of getting it's heat exchanger fingers brushed during it's annual cleaning to insure maximum heat absorption and maintain maximum efficiency. During cleanings we also replace the oil filter and oil nozzle to ensure a complete burn of the oil sprayed in, with the finest mist of oil possible. The exhaust pipes are also vacuumed to prevent blockages ✨️

Then here's a Navien natural gas boiler not lighting causing no hot water. It was installed in a way that the exhaust was making a U-turn outside and getting sucked back in to be reused as fresh air. With some flame sensor cleaning, and creative clogged heat exchanger cleaning. We had it back up and running ready for it's next hot bath 🛀

A mouse caused no heat or hot water at this home 🐁

The little adventurous mouse squeezed his way through the boiler's intake pipe screen outside. Ran down 30 feet of pipe, through another screen, up a rubber tube, and into the boiler's main combustion blower fan blades.

1. The boiler came on to make hot water
2. The fan would not turn with little 🐭 inside
3. The fans motor overheated and locked up.
4. No heat or hot water

So...... we pulled apart everything. Pulled the 🐁 out. Put everything back together. Replaced the toasted motor with a new one. And made sure everything was working properly again 🛀

Plenty of pressure on the cold side of the faucet, but the hot just trickles out 💧😕

Because the water is heated so fast. As water passes through the coil the minerals in the water drop out and stick to the piping inside. Over time the pipe gets smaller and smaller and water can't pass through anymore.

So..... we cut in new valves to isolate the coil for safe cleaning and added new drain valves. Then hooked up our cleaning setup.

Check out what came out in the bucket. Pressure was restored and the customer was able to take hot showers again 🚿

An appliance company refused to hook up a new washing machine because the shutoff valves behind it wouldn't turn. So we changed the valves and installed the washing machine.

A new electric water heater we replaced. Wrapped up in a fiberglass blanket to boost it's efficiency.

Gold plated k***s on the nicest stove we've ever laid eyes on. We installed it with a new gas shutoff and flex line.
