A Note from Salon Bosses Spa and Suites Ownership

To My Salon Bosses Professionals,

I wanted to take a moment to personally share a bit of my background and experience with each of you, as I truly value the talented professionals who choose to build their businesses within Salon Bosses Spa and Suites.

I have been part of the beauty industry for many years and have had the privilege of owning and operating multiple salon businesses throughout my career. Salon Bosses Spa and Suites represents my fifth salon suite location, and this journey has been built on decades of hands-on industry knowledge, business ownership, and day-to-day salon management.

I was proud to be among the original salon suite owners in the Houston area through my involvement with Salons of the Forest, one of the early pioneers of the suite concept. Being part of that early movement gave me a deep understanding of what independent beauty professionals need in order to succeed — not only as stylists and service providers, but as business owners.

As a salon suite owner, my role naturally includes both ownership and management responsibilities. While each of you operates your own independent business, I remain fully committed to maintaining a professional, well-run, and supportive environment where everyone can thrive. My experience has taught me the importance of structure, fairness, reliability, and mutual respect in creating a successful salon community.

Salon Bosses Spa and Suites was created with the intention of providing a high-quality, stable, and professional home for beauty professionals who take pride in their work and their businesses. I am deeply invested in the success and reputation of this salon and of the professionals within it.
