This gorgeous gal needed her back-to-school hair refresh! ✨ She was wanting to feel overall lighter and brighter while keeping her root area dimensional and softly diffused.

We kept her face frame bright but blended at the root, then added some tip-outs throughout the mids and ends to really make those lighter pieces pop! ✨

This beautiful human came in wanting to zhuzh up her hair ✨ It had been a while since her last blonding, and she was feeling one-toned and dull. She wanted that seamless grow-out with a “spent the summer in the sun” look ☀️

We did a partial lightening with some strategic tip-outs underneath to create the look of a full blonding while keeping it dimensional and natural and I’m obsessed! 🤩

The original inspiration was a darker root, added lowlights, and an overall deeper blonde.

To stay within budget and find something that fit her maintenance we shifted the focus to soft face-framing brightness and larger weaves for pops of blonde that wouldn’t get lost in the sauce 🤪

Not every appointment has to accomplish the final goal. Sometimes it’s about making the biggest impact today and building toward the rest later ✨

Full circle moments hit different 🥹✨

Years ago, back when I was assisting in California, this beautiful soul sat in my bestie’s chair while I was behind the scenes. Fast forward to now… life brought her to my area, she found me on Instagram, and sent in an inquiry saying she remembered me from back then and wanted me to do her hair. 🥺

She was ready for soft bronde dimension and to be lighter & brighter ✨ But this appointment was so much more than just hair. It felt like a little piece of home. We spent the time catching up, reminiscing about the Bay Area, and sharing where life has taken us.

It’s wild to think about how far things have come—from assisting and watching, to standing behind my own chair creating hair that reflects my guests inner beauty 🫶🏻
