Happy New Year!

I want to start by saying how much I miss you and hope you had a wonderful holiday season. We sure have enjoyed our first holiday with River. We realized how magical little ones make the holidays.

Kyle and I have had many heartfelt conversations about my return to work and what that looks like. At this time, with Covid still roaring its ugly head in full force, plus River still being so little, we have decided that I need to take more time with her at home. Down the road, I plan on returning; however, we do not have plans on hiring childcare. Unfortunately, my schedule will be limited and I will not have the same flexibility that I have been able to provide in the past.

I normally am so sad that summertime is over and the dark wet winter is on the horizon.

I decided to start decorating outside my front door. 🌾🍂🍁
I picked up some colorful pumpkins from Trader Joe’s last week. Once I got home and realized how large my front area is. I definitely need a few more pumpkins & a trip to Home Goods to finish my look. I’ll post a photo when I’m done!.

I had a lot of fun today catching up with Andi today. Between Covid 19 shut down and life it had been MONTHS since we did her hair last time. We decided to add some ribbons of highlights focusing around her face and a few up top to blend to the bottom. This is where I insert my happy dance 💃🏼
