Por fin les enseño un poquito más de este proceso con Shalome by Tamar.
Mientras por temas de salud todavía no puedo hacerme la cirugía que quiero, he decidido seguir buscando alternativas para cuidar, moldear y trabajar mi cuerpo de otras maneras. 🤍
En esta primera sesión combinamos diferentes técnicas y aparatología, incluyendo corrientes rusas, radiofrecuencia, vacuum therapy, peptonas Pepti-2, ultrasonido y maderoterapia.
Y como dije en el video… la camilla ayuda, pero tampoco hace milagros 😂. Esto va acompañado de ejercicio, alimentación, disciplina y varias sesiones para ir viendo el progreso poco a poco.
No estoy buscando un “BBL en una jeringuita” 😂🍑 estoy disfrutando el proceso y documentándolo tal cual.
Ahora sí… Session 01 complete.
