🚨 A QUICK REMINDER ABOUT MY PERSONAL PHONE NUMBER 🚨

I want to kindly but very clearly remind everyone that my personal phone number is just that — my PERSONAL number.

If you have my personal number because you are a client, please do not repeatedly call or text it regarding appointments. Calling 5+ times in a row will not get you an earlier appointment, move you up the schedule, or make me more likely to answer. If anything, repeated calls make it harder for me to respond.

My first responsibility are the pets in my care, picking up the phone can potentially cause harm as my fosuc is not on them. I am alone please be patient as I get back to everyone

I understand that sometimes you may be excited to get your pet in sooner, need to ask a question, or are hoping for a cancellation. I completely understand! ❤️ However, I have a business schedule that I have to follow, and I cannot create appointments simply because someone repeatedly contacts my personal phone.

📱 Please use the proper business communication channels for appointment requests and scheduling.
🐾 If you want to be notified about an opening, please send one message and I will get back to you when I am able.
⏰ Please remember that I also have personal time, family time, and time when I am simply not working.

I love my clients and I love taking care of your pets, but having access to my personal number does not mean I am available 24/7.

When you submit an appointment request through our online booking system, please remember that it is a request—not a confirmed appointment. Every request is reviewed against our master schedule and availability. We reserve the right to accept or decline requests based on our current availability.

Please wait for confirmation before assuming your appointment is booked. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

🌸 Updated Business Hours
After working every single day for the past three years, I have made the decision to officially close on Sundays.

Golden Dog Grooming is my passion, and I love caring for your pets, but I also need time to rest, recharge, and have a life outside of work. 💕 This change allows me to continue providing the quality care and attention your pets deserve.

Thank you for respecting my personal time and updated hours.

Our lobby policies are in place to protect the safety and comfort of every pet, client, and team member.

If we ask you to step out of the lobby, please understand that it is a safety precaution. Not every dog is comfortable in a busy environment, and we want to minimize stress, prevent incidents, and keep everyone safe.

We also expect all clients to treat one another and our staff with kindness and respect. Disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate comments toward other clients or our team will not be tolerated.

Any client who repeatedly violates our expectations for respectful conduct may be blacklisted and refused future services.

We are so grateful for the clients who support Golden Dog Grooming, respect our policies, and trust us with their beloved pets. Your support means more than you know. 🖤

My favorites! Best part about golden dog is that we are crate free! Once ur pet is completed they get to chill waiting for pick up! Archie is so calm he thinks a nap is appropriate 🤣

I am thrilled to announce that Golden Dog has secured the title of best pet groomer in York County for the second year running. I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to everyone who has supported us through the 2025/2026 season. Our salon has had the honor to see some truly exceptional grooms, and I am grateful for the support of my family, friends, clients, and furry friends.
