I'm really enjoying the protein shakes. Most days I'm running around and Not stopping to eat right lol. So I've been making a vanilla protein shake with almond milk and a couple frozen strawberries in the blender. Yummmmm. And EASY!

Well I’m continuing to use the Espira line. I’m loving it. My mid afternoon snack is now 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and 2 hunger block capsules. It’s just enough to fix the afternoon hunger and easy enough that I actually will do it! Yay 👏

My day is now starting off with a protein shake, my vitamins, and Espira Metabolism Boost. Then I've added in 15 min of stretching. So far so good. Tons more energy!
