Newest batch of beer soap is in the mold. Looks like baby diarrhea but smells like fresh oats.

Top is sweet currants and the bottom is lilac. The color of the lilac is lighter than I'd prefer, but both smell wonderful. They will be ready for the QUOTA Craft Bazaar at the Klamath County Fairgrounds on Dec 2&3.

Soaps for this year are coming along nicely. Brown at the bottom is my signature beer soap. Middle is the return of lavender. Green is a fantastic mistletoe, new for Christmas. On the top shelf you can also see black bars which are a new black pepper. I also have done another orange cream. Lilac returns too. Another new one is brown sugar and fig. The final two to round out the season will be my old standards of coffee (those less angry and ouchy this year) and vanilla. Vanilla this year will have a touch of bourbon, as a new experiment.

Fall soaps for 2012
I've taken a bit of a break since the holidays, but I will soon be starting some spring/summer soaps. Stay tuned.
