From setback to comeback! 💪

I've bounced back from the power-washing mishap that took out my calendula, and I'm thriving again! New life is sprouting - calendula, white yarrow, German chamomile, basil, and spearmint are all flourishing 💚. They will all be used in future Viv & Maggie products and I just can not wait!

Don’t let social media fool you into believing that self-care only looks like weekends at the spa—and that anything less doesn’t count.

Self-care looks different during different moments and seasons of our lives.

It can absolutely be a weekend away, unplugged from the world. It can be a manicure and pedicure, buying your favorite drink, or treating yourself to something special.

But it can also look like giving yourself grace on the hard days. Taking a few slow, deep breaths. Reminding yourself, “I’m going to be okay.” Lathering on your favorite lotion after a warm shower and taking a moment to lovingly care for the body carrying you through it all.
