BUT I am always down for an early morning sunning/vitamin D boost when the UV index is nil! 😜

I have met some incredible (and extremely talented) aesthetics providers over the past few years and am proud to say that I have learned something valuable from each and every one of them!

It is so important to humble yourself and approach every new experience with enthusiasm in this ever-changing industry! I am so thankful for every single opportunity. 🩷

IYKYK.

And if you come within a 5’ radius of me, chances are I have already color matched you in my head and am on my way to slather you in your perfect shade because EVERYONE MUST TRY IT. 🤣😉

Sharing is caring. ☺️☺️

Do I know all there is to know about skin health and skincare? Absolutely not! BUT- every single thing I preach is evidence-based and scientifically-backed….and I definitely can’t say the same about the newest viral TikTok skincare “miracle.” 🤦🏼‍♀️

Additionally, I am surround by extremely well-educated and talented skin care goddesses every day in clinic so I know where to go if I don’t have an answer for you. ☺️

Fun fact: If you found yourself finishing the French Taunter’s….taunt…it is also time for you to start using a retinol at night to speed up cellular turnover and encourage collagen production. 😉

For several years, I accepted a very specific role. I thought being the “fat funny friend” was just my lot in life…the one who cracked jokes to deflect, but stayed on the sidelines when things got active. I was happy to be there, but I wasn’t really living for myself.

🙋🏼‍♀️ What changed? I stopped prioritizing everyone else’s expectations and started prioritizing my own well-being.

Fast forward to 2026, and that “silly, goofy friend” is still here…but now she’s vivacious, driven, and actually chasing her goals instead of just dreaming about them. Whether I’m in my scrubs or out celebrating life, I am showing up for ME and supporting the crap out of everyone around me. 😉

⭐️ Most importantly, I’m doing so much of this for my daughter. I want her to grow up seeing a mom who doesn’t settle. I want her to know that:
💥 Your “lot in life” is whatever you decide to make it.
💥 Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish - it’s the foundation for everything else.
💥 You can be the life of the party AND be the one leading the way.

Things really do get better with age when you finally decide to show up for yourself. ❤️ So incredibly thankful for a family who shows up and shows out for me.
