My hair journey has been a JOURNEY! 😂💕 It started around 2011 when my cousin April April Jones-Hardin 🌸 gave me my first short cut. I was so nervous because if you know me, you KNOW I’ve always been about my hair, especially the length! She even told me, “Don’t come back in the morning crying about your hair!” 😂

Fast forward…one day I was bored at the salon after finishing a client and decided to trim the relaxer and color off my ends. Why I picked up the CLIPPERS instead of scissors, I’ll never know! 🤦🏽‍♀️😭😂 I cut one section WAY too low and said, “Well…might as well cut it all!” Then accidentally posted the picture on Snapchat! 😭 My heart DROPPED! I deleted it so fast and stayed in hats and wigs until it grew out. 😂

Later, my daughter had done soft locs on herself, and I loved them so much I let her do mine at only 14. 🥹💕 I was definitely her toughest critic 😂, but she did SO GOOD!

That’s when I decided I didn’t just want LONG hair anymore..I wanted HEALTHY hair. I kept it protected in soft locs, used less product, and the growth started going CRAZY! 🙌🏽

And guess what I went back to? The OLD SCHOOL…BLUE MAGIC! 💙😂
