Join Art of Yoga + Lox Studio tonight at 7 p.m. for a Candlelight . In this 60 minute slow moving mindful practice, you will be soothed in body, mind, and soul. The class will begin with a thoughtful vinyasa flow to warm the body and then dive into a luxurious, restorative ending for ultimate relaxation. This is an all levels practice and beginners are welcome!

All Art of Yoga classes are “pay what you can” with a suggested donation of $5-10. Donations can be made with cash, Venmo or Zelle. No need to register ahead of time, but make sure to show up ten minutes early to snag your spot and get settled in.

Please bring some water to stay hydrated and your own yoga mat if you have one (although we have a few to borrow if you forget!)
