I have been a Massage Therapist since 2016. I work with you to customize your sessions to meet your needs and goals. I enjoy practicing a variety of techniques and styles. I offer therapeutic as well as deep relaxation. I have a BA in Dance, and a background in fitness, Pilates, and Yoga. This truly informs my work as a massage therapist. I have trained in Craniosacral Therapy through Upledger Institute and am working towards certification. I am a Certified Ashiatsu practitioner through Deep Feet Ashiatsu. I'm, a Reiki Master. I've also trained in Thai Massage and Table Thai, Facial Accupressure, Reflexology, Pre and Postnatal Massage, Cupping, and Gua Sha. I enjoy helping people find both a physical and psychological relief and bringing a deep sense of calm and peace to their entire being. My people range from marathoners, to stressed business people, to those suffering from chronic disease. I work with those who are 16-80s and beyond! I'm queer friendly so if that applies to you, know that you are safe and welcome with me. Massage therapy has given me relief from stress and anxiety. It has restored me post injury, re-balanced my physical self and given me a deep sense of peace both as a patient and as a therapist. I highly recommend and benefit myself by receiving regular massage, as the results are cumulative. I enjoy providing a deep sense of care and nurturing to all who seek healing.
