My favorite client finally wanted to go the full fashion colors the other day and I’m honestly surprised it took this long. Lucy’s always had a passion for mermaids and unicorns and has yet to grow out of it. I personally wanted her to wait a little while longer but what’s the point of a mom for a hairstylist and a salon in your house if you can’t take advantage of it?

Did a mother son combo today and they both left looking rock and roll as hell! I’ve never professionally cut a “scene/emo” haircut before and I’ve certainly never been asked for one by a 17 year old with crazy long hair for one but I had a BLAST with this. We had planned for mama to have more of a brown/burgundy but her gorgeous white hair had other plans. We loved it so we kept it! We also kept a sprinkle of her natural white and I’m in LOVE. My first time with these two and I pray it’s not the last, chill clients like this are what make my job so amazing.
