It has been brought to our attention that some clients have not been receiving their appointment reminders. We have found that after recent phone updates on both iPhones and Androids have enabled spam filters in text messaging.
To check your “new” folders, open your Messages app and tap Filters in the top-left or top-right corner to view your categorized inboxes (e.g., All Messages, Known Senders, Unknown Senders, and Spam)
You can contact your phone carrier if you have any issues with this process or to figure out how to prevent this from happening in the future.
