Looking at this picture now, I realize how much of friendship is really about the little things—the showing up, the checking in, the laughter, the random moments, and the memories you don’t realize you’re making until you’re miles apart and wishing you could go back.

This day was supposed to be one of the happiest days of my life—my birthday.But honestly, I wasn’t really in the mood to celebrate. I was miles away from the LOML, and somehow, the distance made the day feel a little less special.

But then there was *that friend* who simply wouldn’t let me have it any other way. 🥹 She said, “No way! We have to celebrate.” And she meant it. She cooked for me, made sure I felt loved, and somehow managed to turn a day I wanted to quietly get through into a beautiful memory I’ll always cherish. 🥰

Today, while looking at this picture during our call, it felt like I was right back there again—same laughter, same warmth, same beautiful friendship. ❤️ And then reality hit… we’re miles away from each other now.

Life has a funny way of taking people to different places, but some friendships remain close to the heart no matter how many miles stand between you. Distance may change the way we celebrate, but it can never erase the memories, the love, and the moments that made us family. 🥹❤️
