Chapter 8: LEVEL FOUR

August was my 8 year anniversary with Posh Salon & Day Spa Kokomo IN and also the month I leveled up 🤩 The emotions I have with this level jump are so different than any other. This one happened in a new season of life: balancing being a hairstylist, a bridal coordinator, a mother, and a wife and to finally say I am a level four means the world to me!

My first thank you is to my clients who sit in my chair everyday 🤍 you are the reason this is possible! I am beyond blessed with the sweetest, kindest and most supportive people who trust me and my craft and for that I am forever grateful!

My next thank you is to my family, best friends and posh team 🤍 How lucky am I to have the biggest support system and cheerleaders surrounding me 🥹 The days it started to feel impossible, you spoke nothing but words of encouragement, positivity, and gratitude. I could not have done this without you.

So what does LEVEL FOUR mean for the people who sit in my chair? Mostly, the same me, the same chair, and the same care you’ve always received — just with another milestone reached along the way 🤍

With this level jump, you may notice a small adjustment in the price of some of my services. Our level system allows our pricing to grow alongside our demand, education, experience and growth behind the chair. I never want anyone to feel blindsided by that, so I wanted to be transparent about what this new chapter means for you too!

But what won’t change is the part that matters most to me. I’ll still take the time to listen to you, nerd out over the science of your hair, create hair that works for your real life, continue investing in my education and make sure you feel seen, heard and cared for every time you sit in my chair 🤍
