ANNOUNCEMENT
Hi everyone, this is Kaylei your lash/brow artist. I am officially starting back at work on September 16th! Thank you all for being patient and sticking with me during my time of maternity leave 😊 My new schedule will be a little different as i’ll only be working 3 days a week- Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you are able to book out repeating appointments I highly recommend doing that as my schedule will not be as lenient now that I have a baby and have to account for child care while I work🩷 As for my cancellation policy everyone is required to have a card on file. 24 hour notice is required for appointment changes and cancellations less than 4 hours prior will result in a 50% charge of the appointment, no show appointments are 100% charge of service. This has always been my policy but i’ve been extremely lenient with it and I won’t be able to do so anymore. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out.
