It has been about 3 weeks since pushing my first ever wave of advertising..posting on a local FB site..adding an email address to FB and simply posting on this page,which then some of you shared,THANK YOU. Some took the time to comment. This has produced about 12 new faces. Some already have been to the salon and have booked another appointment. Some have visited,have expressed deep gratitude to having a haircut that no one was listening to,a few haircuts have expressed,I only get my haircut a few times a year,that is fine!!! I will be here..All in all I feel I have reached out and received a nice new clientele..NOW this is special.. yesterday a new local client arrived, I had color processing and we had discussed a dry trim. But what I thought of as a dry trim and what she needed and was given,and given the time to discuss we debated and came to a plan, all took a bit longer then I fully allowed,but it worked out just fine and I wouldn't.have done anything different in making sure I was listening to her wants and frustration of her current haircut..this morning after riding my horse,I saw a message from above discussed client. I wasn't sure I wanted to read it just then, as I had hoped I had achieved satisfaction,but it was a huge adjustment to what she came to me with,one that I hoped would produce this reaction..What a wonderful message. This message has been cropped to protect the privacy of the sender..

But then she told me a story how she was sitting at a traffic light, years ago, with rollers in her hair. Children hung out a window and started singing this commercial gingle. Then I thought of another conversation Friday,one of my ladies had forgotten she had rollers in her hair,and went to the store. Needless to say we were laughing so hard .Oh my gosh then this today.
