✨ APPOINTMENT POLICY UPDATE ✨
Just a quick update for everyone! To help prevent last-minute cancellations and no-shows, we are now requiring a non-refundable deposit for all appointments.
To secure your appointment:
• We will send you a deposit link after your appointment time has been agreed upon.
• Your appointment will not be scheduled or held until the deposit is received.
• Once your deposit is received, your appointment is officially confirmed.
We’ve had several last-minute cancellations and no-shows, so this policy helps us protect our artists’ time and appointment availability.

Please make sure you arrive with clean lashes for your appointment! 🫧 Clean lashes help us stay on schedule and give you the best retention possible.
Weekly Fill — 60 minutes
Best for clients who had their lashes done within the last 7 days.
2-Week Fill — 2 hours
For clients who had their lashes done within the last 14 days.
3-Week Fill — 2.5 hours
For clients who had their lashes done within the last 21 days.
✨ More than 3 weeks?
A full set will be required.
⚠️ Less than 50% of your extensions remaining?
A full set is required, regardless of how many weeks it has been.
Please book the correct service based on your lash retention so we have enough time to properly care for your lashes. 🤍

✨ FILL OR FULL SET? ✨
Not sure which appointment to book? Here’s how it works!
A fill is meant to replace extensions that have naturally shed while leaving enough of your existing set to work with. If you still have a good amount of extensions remaining, a fill is perfect!
However, sometimes you may come in expecting a fill, and after we see your lashes, we may determine that a full set is needed instead.
A full set may be recommended if:
• More than half of your extensions have shed
• There are too many grown-out extensions
• Your lashes need a major clean-up
• It has been longer than the recommended fill time
If you’re unsure what to book, feel free to reach out before scheduling and we’ll be happy to help!
