Hello Everyone 🩷
Taking a break to focus on my health has been crucial, but it’s been mentally tough.

It’s hard to step back into my office and my social media, and face all the “What ifs” that linger in my mind. I’ve been quiet because it’s hard to face the world, hard to go outside, hard to feel like I can’t help, and hard to be pressured to just get better. The anxiety is crippling.

If I haven't responded, I don't hate you. It's the complete opposite, I promise.

I've been trying to find the joy in small things. I've been pushing myself to forgive my body for having this allergy. To try and hear it out. Maybe even learn a lesson. To find joy in finding my new place in this chaotic world. To allow myself to stop feeling like I have to hold the weight of everything on my shoulders.

You might’ve noticed changes on my accounts. I don't want to think of the changes as closing a chapter, but rather shifting the direction of my journey. I’m learning that stepping back isn’t a complete setback; it’s an opportunity to reassess, realign, and grow. As I focus on finding out who I am post-nail tech life, I’m excited to transition this space to something that I can use to find my small bits of joy. It’s all about balance, embracing change, and trusting that every step — even the pauses — are part of the bigger picture.

It comes with a heavy heart that my journey with nails has come to a pause...

I've been struggling off and on with my health over the last year and it all came to a head this morning when I couldn't catch my breath going up the stairs and had chest pain. After going to the doctor today, it's clear that I've developed a more severe reaction to the products that I've been using almost daily for the past year. With everything that is going on, personally and professionally, my husband and I have decided that it would be best to take a break from coming into contact with these products and to allow my lungs and my body to heal.

My heart is broken because doing nails was my outlet. It was my love. There's a lot of guilt in making this decision in the way that I am.

For my clients, all deposits will be refunded and further appointments cancelled until further notice.

Thank you for all of the support over the last year. Thank you for making my nail tech dream come true even if it was only for a short bit.

PREBOOK YOUR APPOINTMENTS
I will be going on vacation from ✨️ January 22nd to February 5th ✨️ in Vietnam! Please prebook any appointments needed BEFORE I leave for my trip, otherwise, you will have to wait until an opening becomes available afterward. If there are no availabilities open on my site, it does not exist. Full-sets will be charged after the 4 week mark. I will not be taking any business-related messages during my vacation 🩷

I will be prepping to fully reduce my hours in January, but you may see some shortened hours as soon as December. I love you all, but my body is having a hard time keeping up with the hours and the clients. My biggest fear is disappointing people... 😭 I full-on did not expect the outburst of love and support to happen so quickly and I am so so so grateful. But I want to keep loving what I do and to avoid further burnout, I need to rest too🩷

2025 will bring about a lot of new changes, so please keep an eye out for announcements!

Some amazing news! Hello Cutie Nail Studio is MOVING! 🩷

I'm still going to be in the same building, BUT we're moving to the 4th floor!!

So, apologies to the clients that are going to be dealing with my frazzled state over the next few days! It's going to be a Hella quick renovation and move.

To my clients: I will be texting everyone THE MOMENT that I am officially taking clients in the new space 🩷

Thank you to all of my loyal and new clients. I couldn't have expanded if it weren't for the crazy new growth that I've experienced. You all are the reason I am so grateful this year 🥰

Weeks ago I stumbled across a cute "Design Your Own Perfume and Cologne Bar" from Gossamer Wings Fragrance and KNEW I had to bring Mr. Cutie to design our own scents!

✨️WELL today was that day! ✨️

You get to pick up to 5 scents from an array of options. Cheri was amazing at answering all of our questions and guiding us through the whole process! It's so amazing seeing everything being mixed into the bottles we picked for ourselves and even getting to name our new scents!

It's an amazing date night idea! We didn't even realize how many scents we picked for ourselves that the other added to their line up too! We had so much fun! 💛
