[RECIPE BELOW] Easy Creamy Salmon Pasta! — [Ingredients] Salmon, Spinach, Tomatoes, Shallots, cream cheese, Chive and Onion Cheese, Salt & pepper, Rotini and Olive oil. 1.) Season salmon separately with seafood seasoning, paprika, all purpose seasoning (adobo) ,salt and pepper, cumin, garlic & onion powder. 2.) Add salmon, 2 cups of spinach, 1 cup of diced tomatoes, 1 chopped shallot,and 30grams of cream cheese/30 grams of shallot and chive cheese if you can find it, add to an oven, safe pan. Season veggies with whatever you’d like along with some olive oil 3.) Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 mins. Put water to boil. 4.) Add pasta and cook for 9-11 minutes. Combine all ingredients (Optional: I added a little pasta water to the dish as well) season to taste. (Can be served hot or cold) 5.) Hello everyone! First of all we would like to give out a HUGE thank you to all our wonderful clients who have returned to The Oasis Spa!! We missed you all as much as you missed us!!! Thank you for following our safety rules that we have put into place to keep you and us safe! If anyone has forgotten these guidelines i will remind all of you.
- face mask or face covering must be worn upon entering the building( if you have forgotten one we have them available for 1.00😊)
- please continue to call or text us when you arrive for your appointment the doors will remain locked to avoid anyone entering the building that does not have an appointment.
- waiting area, coffee bar and water dispensers are off limits.
- please keep things limited that you bring in with you.
- please wash your hands or use hand sanitizer when entering the building before you sit down to enjoy your service.
We are working hard to make sure everything is fully sanitized before you arrive and after you leave.
Our main priority is to keep you and us as safe as possible! I know it's not always wonderful to adapt to this new way but we please ask that everyone follow our guidelines and to be kind to one another and if you don't feel good or if you think you have been exposed to Covid-19 we ask that you please say home! We will get you in as soon as you are feeling better!!! Please don't hide the fact that you may have it or that you may have been exposed! Some of our staff have children with compromised immune systems and we just want to keep everyone safe!!!!!!
