To continue providing the high-quality service, products, and experience you expect from us, we’ll be introducing a small credit card processing fee for card payments beginning February 9th.

This fee simply helps offset the rising costs charged by payment processors and allows us to keep investing in our space, education, and the care we put into every appointment.

💡 Good news: Cash, check and debit options will remain fee-free.

The second two pics are what not to do. This client came into me after having an install a month ago. I was mortified at what I saw. At Studio Tru, we are all about keeping the integrity of your hair and keeping it as healthy as possible. So when I saw this, and knew in my mind, experience and training what was going to happen and was already happening from this install to this clients hair, I was sick to my stomach. She shed twice the amount of hair in a month than what our clients do in 8-9 weeks.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, do your research when it comes to choosing an extension specialist. You should be able to wear them without damage to your scalp and hair. They shouldn’t hurt for weeks, they should blend beautifully with your color and length and you should not fight with them every day.
