📣Announcement!

October 30th will be my last day for Loosen Up in La Grange! Beginning November 4th I will have transitioned everything over to a gorgeous new space in Schulenburg. Our new office will have room for small groups (up to 12 people) for yoga classes, community events, parties, meetings, continuing education classes, homeschool groups, small business lunch and learns, and many more group functions I haven’t even thought of yet!

Massage Therapy will still be the primary focus of this next chapter for Loosen Up but I have been feeling called to offer more ways to support my clients and I hope you all will enjoy what is about to be created. Follow Loosen Up Massage here on Facebook for updates.

I will be open for business as usual in La Grange until 10/30. There is just one added step of choosing which location now when booking on LoosenUpTX.com.

So it is La Grange for October, Schulenburg for November and beyond.

With a new space comes new opportunities. If you feel called for a collaborative endeavor in the new Loosen Up space I am happy to chat. I intend for this to be a shared space that promotes healthy minds and bodies. Whatever that may look like.

Available for October!

When that time is already set aside, you’ve made the decision ahead of time to pause, breathe, and invite a little more peace and calm into your week.
