Shellie is truly amazing, 🤩 Just like her business name says!! I was way overdue for my back pain injections and in pain. I got in with Shellie for my deep tissue massage and she helped me with my pain issues in a tremendous way. I am a side sleeper and could not sleep at all for the tremendous pain in both hips. She worked hard to get into the deep muscles to help relieve my pain that was obviously due to my lower back problems. I don’t think there is anyone that would try harder than Shellie to help you leave her feeling so much better, much less pain and suffering, as well as being able to get a better nights sleep. 😴 She is truly awesome 😎 Thank you again, Shellie Robin Maxey

🌟 Elevate Your Desk Experience with Stretching! 🌟

Hey Desk Warriors! 💼✨

Did you know that your desk job might be taking a toll on your body? 😱⚠️ Long hours at the desk can lead to stiffness and discomfort. But fear not, because here's a friendly reminder to incorporate some desk stretches into your daily routine! 🧘‍♂️🤸‍♀️

🚀 Boost Your Energy: Break free from the desk slump! Stretching increases blood flow, sending oxygen to your brain and helping you feel more alert and focused. Say goodbye to that mid-afternoon slump! 💪🌈

🩰 Say Adieu to Tension: Desk jobs often mean tight shoulders and a stiff neck. Stretching helps release tension in these areas, promoting better posture and reducing the risk of those pesky headaches. 🙆‍♀️🙌

🌬️ Breathe Easy: Take a moment to breathe deeply during your stretches. It's not just good for your muscles but also for your mind. Clear out the mental cobwebs and refresh your focus! 🌬️🧘‍♀️

🚨 Combat the Desk Hunch: Sitting for long periods can lead to poor posture. Stretching combats the desk hunch and encourages a straighter, more comfortable spine. Your back will thank you! 🚶‍♂️👍

🌟 Make it a Daily Ritual: Whether it's a quick stretch every hour or a longer session during breaks, make stretching a part of your daily ritual. Your body will thank you for the love and care! 💖🔄

Remember, a happy body equals a happy workday! 🌈✨ Share your favorite desk stretches below and let's inspire each other to keep our bodies happy and healthy! 🌟🤗
