I’ve been observing trends that I’m seeing with my new clientele in the Windy City this time of year. Lots of drier than usual skin 🥶
This Swiss Pine Enzyme from is a perfect addition to my backbar for Customized Facials at ButterSkin Studio. Its base is a papain enzyme that digests dead skin cells on the surface of the skin, but it also includes specific ingredients to calm heat rash/reduce redness AND vitamin c to brighten our complexion.

I know my skin could use this treatment! 🙋🏼‍♀️ I’ve got a little gap in my schedule today, so all my fellow service providers know what that means…. Finally a moment for some self love! 🙌🏻 🥰 Maybe if I’m feeling really wild I’ll even document it 🤭😅🤣

Brow Design + Tint ✨ The tint is a semi permanent vegetable based dye designed for the brows and lashes. Results last ~3-4 weeks for brows and ~6+ for lashes depending upon care. (We go over this at your appt). Most people opt to tint however often they want their brows cleaned up/shaped/waxed!

As the ButterSkin Studio opening promotion comes to an end, I just want to say THANK YOU to everyone who has come into my cute, little studio. I am humbled at the response to my small business 😭❤️ Thank you for allowing me to help you look good, in hopes that you also FEEL good when you leave my space. Making time for myself feels extra hard these days and I know I’m not alone in that 🫠
My absolute favorite part of the work that I do is getting to be a part of my clients looking, but most importantly feeling their best. The ethos of my business is the attempt to capture the essence of “I Woke Up Like This” 🔥💁🏻‍♀️👌🏻 I want to look good….. with the least amount of effort possible 🙃

• I don’t want to have to “do” my brows.
• I only want to wear makeup because it’s fun to, not because I feel like I have to.
• I want weeks to go by before I have to worry about my bikini, leg or pitty hair inevitably growing back 😒

And I love to share my aesthetics skillz and knowledge of all things beauty with my clients to do what I can to help them get there too.
