During a Buccal Facial Sculpting session, we don’t start at the jaw… we start where the tension begins.
We focus first on the muscles around the occipital bone, the neck, shoulders (especially those tight traps), and the chest.
Because a tight jaw rarely starts in the jaw, it’s usually rooted in tension further down the chain.
Once the foundation is relaxed and released, then we move into the face and sculpt the jaw from the inside and out.
