Trying something new always comes with a little curiosity—and a little anticipation.

Today we tested the new Redken ALK color, and it turned out beautifully: soft, natural, and full of dimension.

We’re both very happy with the result. ✨

Four hours turned into 44 seconds. 😄

Color, cut, a little waiting, a lot of fine sections —
and somehow, on Instagram, it all happens before you finish your coffee. ✂️

Today, our goal was to create a light perm that looks as natural as possible, adding texture and movement while keeping the hair soft, healthy-looking, and shiny.

My guest had been thinking about this for a long time and was very nervous because the last time she had a perm was 30 years ago.

And it was so nice to see her leave happy and really pleased with the result

A perm starts with a thorough consultation.
First, we need to understand what kind of result you’re looking for and how you plan to wear your hair after the perm.
Then we look at whether your hair can actually support that result.
A picture from the internet is only a reference, because every head of hair reacts differently.

With blonde hair, the most important thing for me is maintaining the quality of the hair. That’s why I always start with K18 — it helps support and protect the hair during the coloring process.

From there, every service is individual. I look at the shape, the color, how the hair falls, and how everything works together.

After coloring, I always do a conditioning mask and give recommendations for home care — what to use and how to maintain the color so the hair stays beautiful between salon visits.
