There is a lot going on here. I have to admit It kinda snuck up on me 🤷🏻♀️
After 4 days of slight headaches, energy bursts of creativity, tummy aches, letting go of 2025, looking forward to 2026, and back to back movie showings "Stranger Things" LOL you would think that's enough right? But there's more!! Completing 1 month of WW, my spiritual teacher moving into a new path, planning personal and business goals for 2026, trainings, workshops, travel, home repairs and oh my😯 it goes on and on. This energy has me every which way 🥴
Are feeling the same? Or the opposite? How's your energy the past few days? How are you managing it?
I've been noticing the past several years tracking moon cycles with my calendar when it's a full moon I notice & feel an energy shift. This one is in Cancer, my birth month, and boy am I feeling it. 🤦🏻♀️
This is what I do to move through this crazy energy cycle. Here are some ideas if your interested 😉
✍Journal, get your thoughts out on paper
🌳Go barefoot, ground yourself
🚶♀️Take a walk, rest your brain
🙏Pray or give thanks
📚Do some light reading
🧘♀️Meditate
💃Dance or Workout
Or just do whatever your called to do. The first thing that comes to mind seems to alway be the one thing you need the most.
Hang in there and enjoy the ride, it will slow down soon. ❤

For me, it's a mind dump. My head sworls with so many racing thoughts. A to do list, Career choices and planning, vacation planning and things that just simply upset me lol
Journaling can be done anywhere, release your thoughts on paper for clarity 😀 let it go, make a plan or reflect.

Fork in the Road 🤔
Hello my beautiful souls 🙋🏻♀️😇
I often feel at the end of one year with a new year approaching there is always a new fork in the road. Ironically, on a new trail this morning I saw this fork in the road.
I'm not sure if it's me just because the years are changing. Ya know, out with the old and in with a new type of theory. Or if it's a time to really reflect and make adjustments. Maybe we are just conditioned to think that typically with a New Year comes a NY resolution should be made.
Whatever it may be for you it's nice to take some time and check in with yourself. Here is a few journaling ideas.
👣Are you on the right path?
🤔What changes do I need to make, if any, to get where I want to be ersonally or in my career.
👗Maybe it's something simple like just cleaning your closet out. Or decluttering a space in your home.
📝Taking a course that interests you.
👨👩👦👦Spending more time with family.
👩Making yourself a priority.
