You will probably notice a difference. Also, take one every few weeks and compare to the before. Place the pictures side by side for best comparison. We see ourselves every day and sometimes it is hard to see the amazing changes! Consistency and SPF 50 every day is key to change. Happy face washing!

If you have any thoughts on becoming a consultant, here is a little inspiration from a fellow consultant.

While speaking on the phone to a friend yesterday - I had a moment of clarity. I realized I sell myself short on a regular basis when I talk about the success my business has had. When people congratulate me on my success, I get really really uncomfortable. It's not because I don't think I'm smart. And it's not because I think I don't work hard. And I certainly know I am worthy of success. But I still hide from it - so here it goes...

I have a Team of 400 people that I support through training, mentorship, inspiration and motivation. I have almost 80 customers who order and love their products. My team's monthly sales volume is almost $200,000 and I've more than doubled our family's income.

I get up each morning and I plan coaching, check statistics, sales volumes, identify key performance indicators and do my best to positively impact them. I am a small business owner. I am CEO, CFO and CIO. And my job is to develop all 400 and growing of my Team Members into those same roles for their own successful businesses and teach them how to do the same for their Teams. That's Duplication. And though I don't shout it from the roof top, and I had to learn as I went, and still am learning each and every day - I'm actually damn good at what I do. My Team's success speaks to that fact for itself. By every traditional metric - we are a thriving Small Business that isn't so small anymore.

So why am I so uncomfortable talking about that? I think it's because I don't FEEL like a Business Woman. I get out of bed each morning like I always have - usually 10 minutes later than I should have. I do my work in my leggings and slippers. I never go to an office. I rarely put on makeup. I don't work set hours - except those set by my children's schedules. In my heart of heart I really do feel like a girl who decided to go for it, work for it and was determined to achieve for it. And I had this AMAZING thing propelling me forward, fueling my momentum...

The Billion Dollar Brand of Doctors Rodan + Fields, providing me products to share that work and people want; providing me bookkeeping, accounting, technology, free press and training; providing me a vision of my future that is more fulfilling personally and more lucrative financially than any traditional business career ever could be. Because I am my own boss. This thing I've created - it is mine. 100% mine.

I have compressed a 20 year executive career into 3 years. And this Company? Rodan + Fields is just getting started! Billion Dollar growth will be taking place. It will continue to change lives- mine and my team members. And it could change yours.
