I was on the fence on buying this because of the price. Don't let it stop you, it greats rid of the litter box smell and mess. It cleans itself, smells great but not like perfume. My husband even made a comment on the fact he can't smell the litter box at all, and i was scooping twice a day! But today ya'll!

I have 6 ragdolls. All ranging in size from 7 pounds to 16 pounds. All of my cats love these litter boxes. I loved it so much that I fought a second one. I show a picture of my 16 pound Ragdoll, the grey one, and he is completely in the box when going potty. Someone’s he will go potty with his head popping out, but he doesn’t need to. I was extremely cautious about buying this, as I had read a few reviews from people saying theirs had errors about a cat already being in the box after they put new litter in. I got that same error - it’s because when you pour the litter in at the top, you’re generally pouring into a mound shape. The box thinks it’s a cat in there due to the displaced litter. It’s a simple solution: after pouring new litter in, even it out and then choose “level litter” option. The other problem people mentioned was the litter full alert displays when the bin is too full. I would agree. So.. to avoid this I just empty out the bottom on the same day each week & never run into this issue. I have SIX cats, so the fact I only need to switch out the garbage bag on the bottom once a week, is not a big deal at all. If you only have one or two cats, you’re not going to need to even do it that often. This litter box saves me SO MUCH time.This is an awesome litter box. I can’t recommend it enough. I have zero issues and my cats love it. I did keep their original litter box in the room for 2 weeks, just in case they weren’t ready to do the full switch. They used both for the 2 weeks, then I took the old litter box out and they were perfectly fine with using the robotic one. Sammantha Tippton
