Hey queen 👑 just give me two seconds 😂
You’ve seen the bed, you’ve met the plumbers 😂 now it’s time to figure out what a headspa at arch actually looks like.
For most, the planning is the least glamorous side of launching a new service but for us!? It’s where we get to design the experience from start to finish.
We’re testing things like the water pressure, blanket or no blanket, style or no style. But first we had to understand what we were building, what it should feel like, what makes sense for our space and when we could offer it.
On the next episode you’ll get to see how our staff chose to do a little market research on their field trip📍
Apparently our plumbers have installed a few head spa beds before but according to them “they weren’t this nice” 😂 we will be taking that as our first unofficial review!
We called them to install our bed and overheard them discussing the Redken products they use 😂😂😂 we were not expecting that at all but shoutout to them for unknowingly becoming a part of our launch series.
Anyways, she’s officially in the room and we are another step closer 💆🏽♀️

Now that you know what it is…. This is a dream project that we’ve been working on for quite some time now. And while we definitely could have waited until everything is perfectly polished and ready…. We’ve decided to bring you along to experience the behind the scenes as we get it ready for you!
