How's your week going? 🙃
I accidentally left my house this morning in my slippers (and they're mismatched of course, because why wouldn't they be), making sure I have enough snacks to get me through my day, head in the clouds about what needs to be done when I'm done with my work day.
It's the last day of work before the wedding, I'm a mental space cadet, my head in a million places hoping I'm not forgetting anything, double/triple/quadruple checking in on what needs my immediate attention, anxious for the week ahead.. but all in all, I'm in a good place. All of my family will soon be here under one roof again, I get to marry my favorite person on Saturday, and the Celtics won our 18th banner in the NBA Championships. It's a beautiful day to be alive.
Life has been a hectic, busy, emotional rollercoaster this past month, but at the end of the day, it's all been good stuff. Learning moments. Growing moments.
A huge thank you to my friends, family and clients for being my biggest cheerleaders, sounding boards and rocks. You guys keep me sane and cheerful, and really make my life so much richer 💛

There is so much to say about this post.

As you guys may remember, way back in the early spring months of 2023 I posted that I was entered into the Best Of The Lakes Region in the Esthetician category. Well, back in August I won silver!
I was filled with so much emotion, and had so SO much to say. I was overwhelmed with the amount of love, support, encouragement and positivity my clients constantly fill me with, but I didn't have the right words to thank them. I did what I do (which is overthink) and couldn't articulate just how thankful and grateful I was, so I just didn't post anything. I proudly put my sign up on my door and called it a day.
A lot of you commented and congratulated me, but also asked why I didn't post or announce it.
I don't have a very good answer, other than that I let the time slip, and felt it was irrelevant to post it so late. But, I realized that late is better than never. You guys deserved to know what your vote meant.
I still do not have all of the words in my vocabulary to express just how important and special you all really are to me, and how much I deeply care for my clients, but what I can say is THANK YOU. The amount of effort you all took to vote for Tribal Glow Esthetics to be sure I won means the absolute universe to me 💛
I love, appreciate, and am deeply grateful for all of you.
