This season of life has asked me to soften and simplify, and I’ve been listening. I’m not gone… just moving in a way that feels a little more manageable right now.

Today I celebrate FND Awareness day! 6 monrhs ago my life was forever changed , I was diagnosed with FND & PNES and now relearning how my body works, every day since.
The more awareness we have the better the treatment. If you have FND or know someone who does, then you know how hard it is to get the correct treatment. No one wants to help you bc they just dont know how, it’s very sad and sometimes very discouraging. Even theough pur daily steuggles we srill have to hold our heads high and get theough the day, the hour, the minute.
Please help Spread the word to spread awareness, this is a very real disease that needs much much more awareness!
