1. When booking please double check everything to make sure your name, phone number & email is correct.
2. If you do not respond to the confirmation text within 10 hours then I think you are canceling, that gives time for others to get that appointment time. You will also not receive the location.
3. Please do not show up to your appointment with extra people, I am home based and also share my space.
4. Most days my appointments are back to back so please be on time. Come a little early to give yourself time to find the apartment. There is a 5 minute grace period. If your appointment is at 1:00pm, you must be in my chair by 1:06pm to avoid any fees.
