I’m crying as I type this because I can’t believe it’s happening and also excited for the new chapters ahead!

Find me THIS SUNDAY at 1045am for a Sunday Reset. Bringing in some “sleep yoga” accompanied by a sound meditation, warm lavender towel, and a lot of love!

In honor and deep reverence of the past four years at 118 Representative… 🤍

As of May 24, this chapter at our Lafayette location comes to a close.

But, don’t get it twisted, this is expansion, a new chapter, & a beautiful collaboration.

What began as a vision… a dream… a calling to bring something that didn’t yet exist to this community, became a living, breathing reality in 6 short weeks the summer of 2022. It was a miracle in itself, and still is.

I didn’t know how much I could hold as a multiple business owner, mother, and fellow community leader. Being called to create the impossible, while figuring out how to even have a brick & mortar business, and doing it alone… what a ride! 🥹 God & community really showed up in all the ways and allowed this to be a reality for these beautiful 4 years. THANK YOU 🙏🏻

This decision did not come easy. It has been one of the hardest…
But as my life has evolved, shifted, and changed form, so has the business.

The vision has always been big.
It still is.
We’re just turning the page and starting a new book.

I am endlessly grateful for every single person who stepped foot into our Lafayette space. Every session. Every tear. Every breakthrough. Every moment of healing, growth, and connection. I will forever honor that.

And don’t worry, I’m not going anywhere.
I’ll be splitting my time living in Costa Rica, continuing retreats there, while still being deeply connected to this community and bringing epic experiences back to Lafayette and surrounding areas.

This is not an ending, it’s justttttt the beginning.

🌸 Mother’s Day Pop-Up | Sleep Yoga & Sound Meditation 🌸

For anyone longing to gift their mother —

a moment to fully rest and receive.

This special Mother’s Day offering is what we lovingly call Sleep Yoga — a deeply nourishing experience designed to calm the nervous system and invite the body into effortless rest.

We’ll begin with a gentle, slow yin stretch — meditative and accessible — allowing the body to soften and open. This will be followed by a soothing sound meditation, where your only job is to lay down, relax, and simply be held for 75 minutes.

We are so excited to welcome back DJ C Lioness all the way from Florida. If you experienced her last set, you already know… she’s coming with the heat, the wild jungle energy, and the kind of beats that move straight through the body and into the soul.

As we move toward the Spring Equinox, this dance is an invitation to shed the old, breathe deeper, and intentionally step into new energy. A chance to move, release, and forge forward into a new way of being—together.
