How’s your sleep posture? For something we spend a lot of time doing every day, proper sleep posture is very important for our health. Bad sleep posture is often the reason for some our our neck,back, and hip pain.
Dealing with sore feet? Plantar or heel pain? Try these two. Make sure you go slow on the second movement. The calf stretch will help your feet as well. Check out if you are interested in picking up their Moball adjustable roller. I have them for sale at my office as well.

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) is a tool practitioners use to manipulate the skin, myofascia, muscles, and tendons. It helps to break down the scar tissue and fascial restrictions in your soft tissues. This includes your muscles, ligaments, tendons, nerves and fascia. I like to use multiple modalities during each session. This tool is one of my favorites!

I was fortunate to work with a great staff of sports massage therapists during my racing career. Seeing them do their thing every day sparked my interest in being a therapist. I knew I wanted to work with athletes and help people get out of pain. 8 years into my career, I get to do this every day! Thankful for all of my clients and all the people who have helped me along the way!
