Meditation. What is it? Why do we need to it? Where do I start? and Why does the thought of it scare me?

Well, here’s truth friends...Meditation in your daily life is GUARANTEED to lower stress and anxiety, completely heals insomnia, and helps you to know yourself on a deeper level. I have decided to dedicate 2 Fridays a month to open up a place for people to meditate together. I will guide you in a simple meditation and then help you balance your energy centers with a sound bath. My hopes are to bring in several different sound practitioners and other healers to expand on these experiences. So please contact me if you want to be part of the solution of what’s going to bring humanity back to place of peace and sustainability!

I want to take a moment to talk about pain.
And how important it is to authentically feel it. We suppress all of our sufferings and hold our breath and expect to be able to live a happy life. In reality, it will all eventually come out. I want to speak awareness to the men and women out there that don’t feel safe to speak up about the things they are feeling. I want to offer myself. I am here. I am a safe place to confide in, when no one else will listen.

If you know someone with PTSD, a soldier, or ex law enforcement, or someone who has just had a rough life, I want you to hug them. And love them. Listen to them. And just support them in general. You never know what your neighbor is going through. So always choose love.

Mother Mary, I pray for all those suffering with mental/emotional pain. I pray for their healing. And I pray for their families.

A woman goes through seasons, like that of the Earth
Sometimes she is motivated, and uses her passion as fuel to drive her through the cosmos
Sometimes she is the waves crashing upon the shore right before a thunderstorm
Sometimes she flows like a babbling brook in the spring.
But through all the seasons, she is a delicate flower, blowing in the wind…
Just trying to find her way back to presence
And thats okay.
