Life was just hard. It took me a while to get on track BUT, I did it. I found myself again. I was taking care of myself. Then, our lives changed again. With the lose of the main income it brings a lot of stress. Through this time I lost myself again. Yet again, I had to do something that would get me back to me. Following my love for fitness and knowing I needed to find that same love for eating well I found my new love! Continuing my passion of spreading the love for fitness and eating well.
