This month is incredibly special to us.

✨ 18 years in business.✨ 4 years in our current location.

As I look back, I'm overwhelmed with gratitude—not just for how far we've come, but for everyone who has been part of the journey.

These 18 years haven't been a straight path. We've experienced incredible highs, difficult lows, seasons of uncertainty, and moments that stretched us more than we ever imagined. We've had as few as three stylists and as many as eighteen. Through every season, we've learned, adapted, grown, and continued moving forward.

One of the greatest honors has been earning the trust of the talented professionals who've chosen to grow with us. Watching stylists build confidence, develop their skills, discover their strengths, and create careers they're proud of has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey.

And to our community—thank you.

You've supported us through every chapter of life. You've celebrated marriages and babies with us, walked alongside us through loss and heartbreak, cheered us on during new beginnings, and trusted us with your families year after year. Many of you have been with us through multiple locations, countless hair transformations, and so many life milestones.

Today, our team is in a season that fills my heart with so much peace and excitement. The culture we've worked so hard to build is one of support, growth, kindness, and shared purpose. It reminds me that every challenge along the way helped shape who we are today.

To every guest who has sat in our chairs, every team member who has been part of our story, and every person who has encouraged us along the way—thank you. Hairspa & Co. is what it is because of all of you.

We intentionally waited to announce their certifications because we wanted them to have time behind the chair refining their craft and creating beautiful transformations. Now, they’re ready.
