Sarah Trueb, CMT

Sarah Trueb, CMT, is a skilled practitioner with extensive training from the Blue Heron Academy of Healing Arts and Sciences in South Bend, Indiana. She holds both National Board Certification and Indiana State Licensure as a Medical Massage Technician. Sarah specializes in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and is a member of the American Medical Manual Association.

Dedicated to ongoing education, she has completed specialized training in areas such as Postural, Range of Motion, and Gait Analysis; Headaches, Migraines, and Trigger Point Therapy; TMJ Disorders and Trigeminal Neuralgia; Positional Release Techniques; Assess and Remobilization Techniques for Frozen Rotator Cuff Injuries or Pre/Post-Op Surgeries; Orthopedic Massage; and Integrated Manual Therapy for Complex Muscular and Joint Issues; TuiNa, Cranial Sacral, Myofascial Release, Oncology, Pelvic Floor Therapy and more.

Sarah’s experience encompasses a diverse clientele, addressing challenges from the stress and all stages of pregnancy to end-of-life care. She has a natural calming gift when working with infants and children with ADD/ADHD and the Autism Spectrum, as well as those facing issues like colic, torticollis, or other challenges.

Sarah typically sees patients for a structured 20-visit program, with sessions scheduled twice a week for 10 weeks. Most patients begin to notice significant results after their 6 or 8th visit, often finding that they do not require surgery or additional therapies upon completing the suggested treatment plan.

After a life altering experience with her own health, Sarah no loner wishes to chase her dreams to bill with insurances "medical massage" companies - as she now wants to remove ALL barriers and time restrictions - for herself and her patients.

Her therapeutic services include a wide range of techniques, such as Swedish massage, sports massage, prenatal and infant massage, and hot and cold stone therapy, ReiKi, ensuring a holistic approach to general wellness and relaxation.
