Dear Luxe Clients,
As the regulations allow larger capacities for salons, we will be reopening our receptionist area for phone appointments along with our online system.
Walk in appointments will also be welcome if the time allows.
Thanks for your patience as we slowly but surely are adjusting back to our usual capacities and amenities for you all.

Dear Luxe Clients,

As we’re working with a brand new online system we’ve been notified that some of you have not received confirmation. If you have not received confirmation please do not show up to your appointment as it is not yet confirmed.
We’re working very closely with the company to correct this and will send out confirmation texts to you guys the day prior to your appointment.
For those who don’t receive a confirmation and must schedule a different day, just let our manager know and we will take 30% off of your service. We take our clients’ time seriously and apologize for any inconvenience. Each and every one of you is valuable to us and we can’t thank you enough for your patience during this transition.

At the moment, please do not book under “Any Service Provider” and choose a specified nail technician for an available slot.

Please read below all of the new safety guidelines for your visit with us.

🛑Safety Guidelines

We at Luxe Nail Bar we will follow all new protocol to ensure the safety of our clients, staff and community.

Outlined below are the guidelines that everyone must follow until further notice. Please note that the following is subject to change at any time, and we will update our social media with the latest information as it continues to evolves.

• Only the person with the appointment is allowed in the salon, no kids, friends, or extras allowed in at this time. Maximum 10 people are allowed per state board, so no walk-ins or waiting lines

• Any services you plan to receive must be pre-booked. Our staff will not be able to add on any additional services at this time.

• To protect the team members and clients in the salon, we kindly ask everyone to get the temperature taken by a touchless thermometer before entering the salon. Temperatures 100.4 and above will be rescheduled.

•Must wear face mask, or we will have to refuse service.

• The reception and waiting areas are closed. We ask that you wait outside or in your car after you have signed in until your technician calls you.

• Each station will be thoroughly sanitized after each client, which may cause a short delay between appointments.

• All clients must use hand sanitizer or wash hands before entering the salon and starting your service.

•If you are experiencing any signs of illness, or are experiencing a fever, cough, or trouble breathing, please stay home and reschedule your appointment for at least 14 days later to ensure you are symptom-free.

We will no longer have a receptionist therefore, all appointments will be made through our online booking system at luxenailbar.co
No appointments will be made via yelp or social media.

Due to the limitations of 10 people in the salon, some of our Luxe staff will not be available for booking at this time. We will allow more staff in the future as protocols allow us to increase the number of occupants.

Dear Luxe Clients,
We apologize for the late responses! We are working hard to create a safer environment for you all to visit.
Also, we are undergoing a new online booking system for you guys to schedule your appointments right from your phone! A lot of improvements are being made to Luxe for an easier, safer and more efficient salon. Thank you guys for your patience and we’ll keep you updated on when our new online booking launches! Dear Luxe clients,
After much thought, the salon has decided to reopen on May 15th. For the safety of our staff, clientele and loved ones, we want to ensure that health is our priority as COVID is still at a very high risk.
Luxe will be improving all safety precautions for our reopening so you can rest assured that your visit is at a much lower risk.

Dear Valued Customers,

As the health and safety of our customers and staff are our top priority, we wanted to share with you the safety precautions we take at Luxe Nail Bar.
All implements are put through three stages of sterilization.
First, we brush and sanitize all debris from the implements. They’re then disinfected by immersing them in medical grade marvicide. After, the implements are sterilized in the autoclave for 24 hours before they’re used for any service.
On top of our sterilization procedures we will frequently disinfect all common areas throughout the salon.
If you have visible signs of respiratory illness, we won’t be able to honor your appointment and kindly ask you to reschedule. We are committed to upholding as much preventative measures we can for the well-being of our community. We appreciate your support and understanding and look forward to serving you in the best way possible.
