Sara Ploughe Color Specialist

All are welcome!! :)

My 10 minute late policy: If you know you’re going to be more than 5 minutes late, I NEED a text for my day to run smoothly. If you don’t text by 5 minutes late I’ll start trying to fill your spot! Any later than 10 minutes (especially without notification) and I will have to cancel your appointment. I also understand life happens, so please communicate with me and I can see what I can do. I’ve been really swamped lately, so make sure you give yourself plenty of time to get to your appointment. It may be awhile before I can get you in again! Deposit policy: I will also be taking deposits in advance of all new appointments. The amount will be 50% of the estimated cost for your appointment. These deposits will be non-refundable and will go towards the cost of your appointment. The remainder will be due on the day of your service.
